The space
This house is approximately 300 mt2 3Rec, 2 Full Baths and 2 Half Baths, Laundry and Drying Room and a private terrace with sliding doors to experience inside/outside according to your preference on the second floor and with a large Dome to the center for more natural light, this terrace has a smart TV and Gas fireplace to give it warmth in Winter time also has a small grilling area of charcoal for a self-made roast beef.
Parking
This is a gated community, offering PARKING space for two cars - one inside the garage and the other in front of the house. While visitors parking is available, availability is not guaranteed. In case the visitor parking is full, additional cars can be parked on the street outside the gated community, walking distance from the house.
Parking for visits:
Entering the private one, on the right side you will find the drawers for visits (marked in white with a V).
It is not allowed to park in another space that is not marked with a V, if they are parked in drawers or private properties a notification of a fine will be sent by the subdivision. (fine star $500.00)
