Parking
This is a gated community, offering PARKING space for two cars - one inside the garage and the other in front of the house. While visitors parking is available, availability is not guaranteed. In case the visitor parking is full, additional cars can be parked on the street outside the gated community, walking distance from the house.
Parking for visits:
Entering the private one, on the right side you will find the drawers for visits (marked in white with a V).
It is not allowed to park in another space that is not marked with a V, if they are parked in drawers or private properties a notification of a fine will be sent by the subdivision. (fine star $500.00)
Other things to note
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE:
-Towels, bed linens, hand and kitchen soap and all basic kitchen items are included for your use with this house rental, however you might want to bring extra towels for any hot tub use (we provide smaller bath towels for the bathrooms.)
-So that we can ensure clean white towels for all of our guests, please do not use white towels and linens for cabin cleaning. we provide a roll of paper towels for cleaning spills.
WE PROVIDE STARTER
ITEMS: such as a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, hand soap, paper towel roll and a trash bag. you will need to provide the remainder of these supplies for the bathrooms: paper towels, toilet paper rolls, soaps, shampoos and large trash bags, recycle bags, and detergent.
- Additional items that you might want to purchase are charcoal for the bbq. we do not provide pantry items, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, ect.
